A Personal Update…

I’ve been making some big changes!

While Madonna and Lady Gaga seem to reinvent themselves on a weekly basis, I thought I’d try it..at least once.

I am still doing weather safety presentations in schools across North Texas, speaking at special events, selling books and most importantly…being a mom. NOW…I am now also a full-time student. It’s been 25 years since I’ve been in a classroom as a student. But I’m loving it and love what I’m learning.

What am I studying?

About a month ago a good friend of mine from TXA 21, Rance Adams, interviewed me during a special event to celebrate my cover debut on Equanimity Magazine’s fall edition.

Rance is now running his own local  news and information website and doing what he loves…keeping up with the pulse of DFW. I shared with him a bit about my business and the new goals I am setting for myself.

Now…it’s back to the books. Two BIG exams to study for next week.
